This Privacy Policy explains how BeWise Placements handles personal information connected with our website, onboarding, and person-led job-search support.

  • Contact and onboarding details, such as your name, email address, target roles, target locations, salary expectations, and how you heard about BeWise.
  • Career information, such as your resume, work history, education, skills, project details, LinkedIn information, and job-search preferences.
  • Work-authorization information, such as F-1/student, OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B transfer, or other status, when you choose to provide it for job-search planning.
  • Communications you send to us, including questions and service-related updates.
  • Credentials or access details only if you choose to provide them for authorized job-search activity.

3. How we use information

  • Review onboarding submissions and communicate about your job-search goals.
  • Optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles around the targets you select.
  • Search for relevant roles, prepare and manually review applications, and submit them when authorized.
  • Check for interview-related messages and important recruiter responses when access is provided for that purpose.
  • Respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Credentials and access

If you provide access to LinkedIn, email, job boards, or employer portals, a BeWise specialist uses it only for the job-search activity you authorize. Your credentials are not used for unrelated activity or fed into an automated application pipeline.

You can revoke access at any time by changing your password or removing access through the relevant platform.

5. When information is shared

BeWise may share information with the specialist assigned to your service and with the third-party job boards, employer portals, and career platforms you authorize us to use on your behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of BeWise, our candidates, or others.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to handle job-search information with care. Specific security practices are not described here until BeWise confirms them.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, subject to applicable law and any records BeWise must retain. You can also withdraw access to third-party platforms as described above.
